Exposition - Should 7 year old have to sit in a booster seat?

I believe that children of 7 years old should sit in a booster seat in a car.

Firstly, the seat belt could cut a childs neck and hurt them. Secondly, if there is a car accident the child has a better chance of not getting hurt. Finally, if they are in a booster seat they are more protected from accidents.

Children of 7 years of age and under should sit in a booster seat because it protects them.
